What is didgigo?
Didgigo is a document solution software designed for the travel industry. Using our system, create travel documents perfected in hi- and low-res PDF, fully interactive digital eProposals and mobile app presentations.
Is Didgigo the right system for me?
If you’re looking to provide your clients with content rich, bespoke, high-quality documentation then yes! Didgigo is the right system for you.
Why should I choose Didgigo?
Didgigo allows you to produce high quality documentation that will impress your clients in much less time. Compared to our competitors, we allow you to add your unique touch to your presentation by personalising and customising your content.
What languages does Didgigo support?
The Didgigo system is in English only however we do have the capability to produce documentation in various languages. These languages include (but are not limited to) French, German, Spanish and Italian.
What are Roadbooks?
Our custom designed, fully personalised Roadbooks combine things to see and do, a choice of routes with detailed instructions and are available in high-quality Print and Digital Travel Documentation.
What is the Didgigo OPA service?
Our Online Personal Assistance (OPA) service allows you to save time and money by utilizing Didgigo’s exceptional workforce team matched with high-quality presentations. Don’t have the time to create high-quality itineraries? Let us create your documents for you.
What is Tripigo?
Tripigo provides you with the convenience of travelling with your full documentation, available 24/7 via your smart phone and tablet. The App combines all the best features of Didgigo into a pocket-sized presentation that powers your trip.
What is an ePresentation?
A personalized website just for your trip combining the descriptions and imagery with interactive mapping, video, and other digital content. Ready for desktop & tablet.
What are Modules?
Modules are pre-created travel itineraries that allows you to o build out your existing set packages and have them ready to go! Convert existing touring modules into group quotes on the fly and save hours of production time!
I don’t have an API connection; can I still use Didgigo?
Yes! We offer various processes for getting started, either API XML, XLS CSV import, or you can rapidly build your entire itinerary from scratch via Quick Build.
How can I integrate Didgigo with my current software?
Didgigo has the capacity to integrate with many systems. If you would like us to investigate your current software program for a potential connection, please contact us at any time to discuss.
Can Didgigo prepare my documents for me?
Yes! If you would like to produce beautiful documentation but do not have the time, you can use our OPA Portal to request documents. One of our Online Personal Assistants will return the document to you within 24hours.
Getting Started
How do I sign up?
Easy! Contact us and speak to one of our friendly staff who can get you started.
How long does set up take?
Setup varies according to your company requirements. Most clients opting to use the QuickBuild Tool can be set up within 2-5 business days. If you require system integration or bespoke templates this may take longer. It is best to speak to your sales representative to understand setup times.
Can I have a free trial?
Yes! We offer a Free 30-day trial using the Quickbuild tool.
How many user logins can I have?
Most of our packages have unlimited users.
Can I update my company settings if they change?
Yes, we have a company setting section inside Proposal Management that allows you to update your T&Cs, Pricing Policies and more. You have full control.
Can I add new users at a later stage?
Yes, you can update, add, or edit your users and their profiles at any time.
How do I order a Roadbook?
We have a dedicated Roadbook Service Portal. The portal lets you order, track, comment and stay in touch with us from start to finish (order to print) all in one place.
How can I request Didgigo to prepare my proposal?
We have a dedicated OPA Service Portal. The portal lets you order, track, comment and stay in touch with us from start to finish all in one place.
My templates
Can didgigo customise the design of my templates to my brand so I look unique?
Yes! Fully customising travel documents to your brand specifications is our speciality. This includes template layout, colours, fonts, graphics and logo. Only your logo is customisable on the Starter or Professional subscription tier as these tiers use one of our standard templates.
Can I make changes to my template?
You may only make changes to your template if you are on the Premium or Productivity Suite package. If you are on the Professional package we will be unable to make changes to your template within your current subscription unless you choose to include a template design add-on at extra cost.
Where can I find a welcome image for my proposal?
Welcome Images are not provided by Didgigo. You can use your own company database or choose a royalty-free image from Shutterstock or Adobe iStock for example. Images must be high-res.
Can I update my company settings if they change?
Yes, we have a company setting section inside Proposal Management that allows you to update your T&Cs, Pricing Policies and more. You have full control.
Content
Can I use Didgigo product content?
Yes! We encourage you to utilise our massive digital content library of destinations, accommodations, tours, and activities worldwide.
Can I create my own content?
Yes! You can create your own products if you wish using our Product Management tool. These products will be owned by your company.
Is the content I create accessible to others?
No. You can customise and create your own products without your competitors being able to access your content.
What if I cannot find the content I need?
If you cannot locate a particular product, please contact us using our Live Help button. Our content team are always on standby to create the right products you require.
Can I customise existing Didgigo content?
Yes! Once you have selected a product for your proposal, you can customise the content to your liking.
How can I check if Didgigo has the content I use regularly?
You can send us a list of your most used products including accommodations, destinations, and tours, and we will ensure these are ready in our content library for you to use.
Where does Didgigo content come from?
Our content team works tirelessly with suppliers to ensure the high-quality content you require is available.
Design & Branding
Can Didgigo create a unique template suited for my branding?
Yes! Fully customising travel documents to your brand specifications is our speciality. This includes template layout, colours, fonts, graphics and logo.
Can I use one of Didgigo’s templates?
Yes! You can choose from an unrivaled selection of outstanding proposal templates which are customised with your own logo and ready to use.
Can I make changes to my template?
Yes – within reason. These will be addressed case-by-case.
Can I use my agent’s logo on my documents?
Yes! We have a relationship tool which allows you to link your agents profile to yours. This lets your showcase your agent’s logos and details on your template.
Can I have more than 1 template?
Yes! Costs may apply.
How does Didgigo design my template?
We have an inhouse designer who will work with you until you are 100% happy with your template. There are no limitations. We want you to look impressive.
Accounts & Billing
How much does Didgigo cost?
Instead of a one-size fits all approach, we will tailor a package to suit your individual needs as a business. Our flexible pricing will cater for any budget.
Does Didgigo charge per user?
No. We charge per document. Not per user.
Can I customise my subscription package?
Yes - we can tailor-make a package to suit by selecting add-ons to fit your requirements.
Are there any additional or hidden fees?
No! There are no hidden fees. We believe in honest, flexible pricing. All our packages are fair and transparent.
Can I monitor my usage?
You can monitor your proposals each month and see how many itineraries you are generating using our MyAccount Tool.
Can I make changes to my subscription after it has started?
Changes to your subscription can be made, within reason, at any time. Please contact a support member in regard to changes and we will address case-by-case.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You may cancel your subscription at any time.
What are my payment options?
Payments can be made via credit card or direct bank transfer
How will I be invoiced?
Invoices are generated monthly, in your preferred currency. Depending on your agreement, you will be invoiced based on monthly usage or as per your individual subscription package.
Support
Will training be provided?
Yes! We provide training via zoom and have a large knowledgebase full of articles and videos to help support you.
What if I need additional training?
We are always on standby ready to help you. If you need additional training or would like to learn more about the system, please reach out to us and we would be happy to assist you.
What type of ongoing support will I receive?
Didgigo offers Live Chat, full access to our knowledgebase (help desk) and ongoing email support with our client service team.
How do I report an issue?
You can contact us by using the Live Help button and accessing our Customer Service Portal. We will lodge a ticket with our IT team and have the issue addressed.
How long does it take for Didgigo to respond to my request?
Depending on your time zone, we will respond within 24 hours.
Where can I request support?
We have a dedicated Client Service Portal. The portal lets you comment and stay in touch with us. You can also reach us via email or through the Live Help button.
Privacy & Security
Is my data protected?
The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Can other companies see my proposals?
No. Your proposals, and content associated with your itineraries such as passenger names, company information, reference numbers and other pertinent information is only visible to you and agents within your company.
